Johnathon arrived with a call ahead from Melissa letting me know he was 15 minutes out. I explained what was happening with my ceiling fans. Johnathon took the time to listen to my concerns and explained service charge and possible extras depending on what needed to be done. John came to fix our dryer cord on move-in day and he was great! He got us fixed up in the middle of a hectic day! We appreciated the quick response! And John was so friendly!

He was also very friendly, professional and polite. After our walkthrough and his recommendations I decided to move forward with the Price he Quoted and he was able to do the installation right then and their! Their communication was excellent as they were able to respond to me through text message and phone with any questions/concerns that I had. The technician Jerry was very friendly and was at our location at the exact time as promised. He explained everything to my wife and I before, during, and after the services were performed.
